Example Datasets
For analysis of ecological interactions, SuchTree is distributed with
a curated collection of several different co-phylogenetic relationships
gathered from the literature. Additionally, a collection of simulated
interactions with various properties, along with an annotated notebook for
generating them, is also included. Interactions are registered in a JSON object
(data/studies.json).
For convenience, I've given each dataset a short name (e.g., 'gopher-louse') suitable for labeling in plots.
If you are aware of any publications with this type of data, please let me know! A pull request would be the ideal way to make sure you get some credit for telling me about it, but an email or a message on social media would be perfectly fine.
If you use any of these datasets in your work, please cite the original authors as listed below. If you use SuchTree to analyze the data, please cite the SuchTree paper.
